Brenna Osborne attributes her photography business, Be-YOU-tiful by Bren, success to taking the entrepreneurial training program (ETP) class through Langlade County Economic Development Corporation and SBDC.  Here is Brenna’s testimonial.
For a long time, my dream of building a photography business that truly stood out lived quietly in the background. After facing some tough health challenges, I lost direction—and honestly, I lost a bit of myself along the way. I didn’t know how to take the right steps, how to make my vision shine in such a saturated market… until this class.

The moment I picked up that business book and walked into the first session, something reignited in me. The spark I thought I’d lost came rushing back—and it hasn’t stopped burning since. A fire was lit, one that’s now driving my purpose forward in ways I never imagined.

This class gave me the tools, clarity, and confidence I desperately needed. From legal guidance to financial planning and marketing strategies, it filled every gap I didn’t know was holding me back. There are so many parts of running a business—and while we all have strengths, we also have blind spots. This program meets you exactly where you are and gives you what you need to grow in all the right places.

The teachers—especially Angie, Jeff, Andi, and Al—showed up with such heart and dedication. They poured their time, experience, and encouragement into us week after week, and so did every guest speaker who chose to invest in our growth. Their impact is something I’ll carry with me forever. They didn’t have to but.. they did.

To anyone with a dream—whether you’re just starting out or already thriving—I can’t recommend this class enough. The knowledge, the support, the community… it all matters. It clicks. And it changes everything. I’m walking away not only with a stronger business, but with the belief that this dream of mine isn’t just possible—it’s unstoppable. And that’s because of this class. I’m excited for the future and that was something I struggled with for a while.. my purpose was found within this opportunity. So if I can, you can too!
