Pitch Your Idea Workshop (Marshfield)
In this three-part in-person workshop, participants will learn and practice preparing and presenting their business idea. You will be creating your own pitch deck in a logical and persuasive manner, using presentation software (PowerPoint, Prezi, Canva, etc.) to communicate and gain support for their project of idea. Learn and develop skills for using powerful body language to demonstrate your competence and confidence. Learn to understand your audience and tailor your presentation to the listeners. Learn from others in the class by listening, observing, and reacting to presenters with constructive feedback.
The course fee is $50. The course will be in-person with various dates and places. The first sessions are as follows:
- Wausau: Tuesday, July 18th, 6-7pm
- Marshfield: Tuesday, July 25th, 6-7pm
- Stevens Point: Tuesday, August 1st, 6-7pm
