Join WWBIC’s Cup of Joe Thursday, April 28 from 8 am to 9 am. This FREE virtual networking event is for people who are focused on growing their business, expanding their business networks, and getting fresh ideas for their business. This networking event will feature a local speaker, Timber Smith and his journey! All are welcome. Join us to connect with other entrepreneurs and get inspired.
Timber Smith is the diversity, equity, and inclusion coordinator for the City of Appleton. Prior to this role, Timber served as a Veterans Resource Coordinator, an Admissions Counselor, and a Senior Equity Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. He has also worked as the Cultural Retention and Recruitment Support Specialist for Appleton Area School District and Fox Valley Technical College. Currently, Smith serves on the board of UW Fox Cities Foundation and Celebrate Diversity Fox Cities. Timber was previously enlisted in the Army Reserves and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
