Presented by Lisa Taylor of UW-Extension, this session is designed for individuals thinking about starting a business, new business owners, businesses planning to expand or grow, or looking to strengthen your business strategy.

Whether you’re launching a new business or planning your next stage of growth, this interactive workshop will help you map out the key components of your business using the Business Model Canvas. Gain clarity on your value proposition, customers, revenue streams, operations, and more while creating a practical roadmap for success.

We will be meeting at the White Lake Community Center/Village Hall from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. You will walk out with a completed Business Model Canvas as a roadmap to your next steps to your goals.
