Balancing the Leadership Scale: Optimizing Individual & Team Effectiveness

Overview

In our roles as leaders, we often find ourselves pulled in many directions and navigating numerous competing demands.  We’re responsible for the success of our teams, but we have to balance that with managing our own projects and priorities.  Balancing the success of our teams while ensuring we are effectively navigating our own responsibilities requires a strategic approach. How can we optimize our time, energy, and efforts? What daily habits should we embrace to ensure our peak performance?   How can we cultivate a team environment that champions collaboration and high performance, fostering continuous learning and improvement?  These challenges call on us to bring our best selves to work each day, and create the right environment to ensure our teams are empowered to thrive and succeed.
