Creating Your Customer Persona (Online Course)
This session explores the essential steps to develop accurate and actionable customer personas, enabling businesses to better understand and connect with their target audience, resulting in improved marketing strategies and customer experiences.
This course will take place on June 27th from 4pm-7pm.
Cost is $50 but is made available for FREE through a partnership with Nicolet College and the SBA Navigator Grant. Please be advised that your registration information will be shared with Nicolet College for the purposes of the grant.
