Work Begins on New Northside Complex

The big earth movers rolled onto Antigo/s north side this week, the first phase of construction of a substantial 88-unit apartment complex.

Being constructed by S.C. Swiderski, LLC, the project will include four 16-unit buildings and two 12-unit buildings.  They will feature a mix of one, two, and three bedroom units, all rented at market rates.

The complex is locate on the corner of Prosser Avenue and Charlotte Court, just east of North Star Lanes.
