Thriving in the Midst of Change

Thriving in the Midst of Change will be offered at the Northcentral Technical College – Antigo Campus from 8:00 to 10:00 am on Friday, May 3, 2019.  The same class is also offered at the Wausau, Medford, Phillips, and Spencer campuses.

The one and only real constant in the world of business has been the influence of change. The nature of these changes and their outcomes affect us all and we find ourselves searching for stability. In this session, you will emerge with content that will help you develop an effective strategy to deal with change and all of its effects and impacts.

This course provides employees with a new and positive way of looking at change so it works to their advantage. Employees will be more effective at meeting day-to-day performance goals within a dynamic work environment, less affected by the stress of change, have better morale and be better at anticipating and adapting to change.
